PathWays HCBS for older Hoosiers

Indiana PathWays for Aging is the managed long-term-services-and-supports program for Medicaid members age 60 and older. Its HCBS waiver is listed by CMS as the IN PathWays for Aging Waiver, effective July 1, 2024 and approved through June 30, 2029 (CMS PathWays waiver record).

PathWays HCBS is the successor framework for community services that had been available under the former Aged and Disabled Waiver for this age group.
